Meet Spencer

Spencer has been actively involved in real estate as an investor and real estate broker since 2002. His strong analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture provide his clients with the insight they need to make informed, high-quality decisions regarding their real estate interests. Spencer knows the pitfalls that may come up and actively assists his clients in avoiding them by providing proactive solutions, designed to meet his client’s needs.

As a former architectural project manager and designer, Spencer brings his experience in planning, managing complex projects, and developing presentation materials to focus on real estate. As an experienced investor, Spencer often works with investors in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and disposition of real estate working through both the MLS and directly from local public trustee’s auctions.

In his free time, Spencer enjoys spending time with his 2 boys, hiking, snowboarding, and reading. He lives with his wife Stacy in Southeast Denver, near Denver University.
